This website is operated by Stepmac Pty Ltd, trading as AromaHug ("AromaHug", "we", "us" or "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "you" and "your" refer to users of our website and customers of AromaHug.
By visiting aromahug.com.au, placing an order or pre-order, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Our products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device.
AromaHug products may continue to undergo minor refinements during final production. Any such refinements will not materially alter the essential nature or intended functionality of the product.
2. Pre-orders
Some AromaHug products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate dispatch.
When purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge that the stated delivery or dispatch date is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Manufacturing, freight, customs, regulatory approvals or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the timing of delivery.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any material delays.
Pre-order cancellations
You may request cancellation of a pre-order at any time before the order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and our Return and Refund Policy will apply. If an eligible pre-order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or website errors, product unavailability or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, Australian prices include GST.
International customers may see prices displayed in another currency depending on their location and the settings available through our online store.

Individual sensitivities and reactions to fragrances or essential oils can vary. Customers should discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

The content of this website, including the AromaHug name, branding, text, graphics, photographs, product designs and other material, is owned by or licensed to AromaHug unless otherwise stated.
